A. Subdomain state may not appear in your cpanel control panel for up to 48 hours after a new subdomain name is added, please allow this time period for your server to adjust your stats accordingly and the stats will appear.

Effective 7/21/2010 we have shutdown all DNS servers previously used by Getwired Clients if you are or were using ns1.getwired.net and ns2.getwired.net you must now visit your registrar at once and update your domains dns records to:
ns1.global2000hosting.com
ns2.global2000hosting.com
ns3.global2000hosting.com
If your domain is offline because you failed to update your dns simply make this change and your website will return to normal service within a short time frame.
