Q. What exactly is space and bandwidth/data transfer?

A. Diskspace is the size your website can be. Every single letter on your website has to be stored somewhere on your web host's server. Each letter is one byte, and a megabyte is roughly one million bytes. HTML pages are usually very small, but it is the extra images, scripts, and even databases that can take up large amounts of disk space.

Bandwidth/Transfer is the amount of data the server will allow your site to send in a month.

Former Getwired Solutions Clients
07-21-2010
Effective 7/21/2010 we have shutdown all DNS servers previously used by Getwired Clients if you are or were using ns1.getwired.net and ns2.getwired.net you must now visit your registrar at once and update your domains dns records to:
ns1.global2000hosting.com
ns2.global2000hosting.com
ns3.global2000hosting.com
If your domain is offline because you failed to update your dns simply make this change and your website will return to normal service within a short time frame.
